The spa services were excellent, with top-notch treatments and helpful staff. The food was lovely and the setting beautiful. The resort offered spacious rooms and great facilities, including a pool and personal green area. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and entertainment, such as magic tricks.

The resort is located in a serene and natural setting. Guests can enjoy a peaceful river visit with cycle tour or simply relax by the swimming pool. the restaurant offers a good buffet. Deluxe cottages have excellent room service and amenities like a private pool. the staff are friendly and polite, making for a comfortable stay.
One of the areas the hotel could improve is the service for individual travelers and families, as there were some instances where staff were not attentive enough.

Beautiful property surrounded by lush coconut trees. Serene atmosphere and well-maintained. The spa is amazing, overlooking a tranquil pond. Restaurant exceeded expectations with delicious Indian and Western cuisine. Staff were courteous and prompt in fulfilling requests. a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms, excellent food, friendly staff, and clear pool at this hotel. It was great to have a personal green area facing the small lake, and the on-site children's play area was a nice bonus. The hotel employees were happy to suggest places to visit and provide helpful dos and donts.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location amidst a grove of coconut trees provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The beautiful garden surrounding the hotel added to the peaceful ambiance. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. We were impressed with the in-room safe, dining table, and the provision of free toiletries. The food served at the dining restaurant was incredibly delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we had here. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi provided. we had a wonderful experience.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice family resort with lots of activities for everyone. We had a great time exploring the area and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good variety of dishes and the pool was a hit with kids. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Some of the amenities are outdated and the rooms could use some renovation. , the size of the rooms felt cramped for a family.

Beautiful view of the coconut groves and surroundings from the room. the staff provided a warm welcome and friendly service. the food was delicious and the breakfast was good enough to keep you full for the day.
The hotel's location is quite far from the city center. the room was quite pricey for the lack of amenities compared to other hotels.
